Relaxing, luxurious onsen with stellar lake-side location and facilities.
Room was spacious, clean, beautiful view. Onsen facilities were unique, well designed, peaceful and fun. I liked that men and women rotated usage of each bath area. Staff were very helpful.
Would have liked the option to have all meals in our building with the large picture window. The buffets were a bit crowded and intense.
