  Buen alojamiento

  Está todo muy cuidado, la habitación era amplia y con una pequeña cocina muy bien aprovisionada. El baño estaba nuevo. Todo muy limpio. Tiene jardín y una terraza perfecta para desayunar. El dueño muy pendiente de todo y muy amable.

  Está un poco separado del meollo turístico, a mí no me importó porque no me gusta ese ambiente pero entiendo que para algunas personas sea un inconveniente .Aún así en diez minutos andando estás en la calle principal.

  Worthy for price!

  First of all I would like to mention that we checked in just before tourist season was started and seems that villa basically was not ready for the guests. We were there single for a week at least on the whole villa, it is not good, not bad. Owners are did everything we asked. Cleaning, some questions, if something not working, we used whatsapp to message - feedback was given like 24/7 and all problems resolving quite fast. Location is a bit outside of main street, but it is not a problem because of nearest beach is in 10-15 mins, fruit and fish market in 7-10mins, grocery is in 7-10mins as well. Because of it is not on main street there is no noise from bars and caffe at the evening, so you can rest. Large balcony, small kitchen on it as well as in your room. Really hot water. Also owner arranged transfer from Hikkaduwa to other city comparable to Uber/Pickme price!

  In the room which was provided A/C was broken. Owner reacted immediately, we changed the room without an issue. The issue resolution is a plus. Facilities looks bit old and partially might be renewed, rooms needs to be deep cleaned. But it is mostly ok, not a big deal. The only thing which I can mention it is quite old towels which really needs to be replaced finally. WiFi was there, but it was slow for me, but it is fine for basic things (social, google)

  A very good place to stay near Hikkaduwa Beach

  The place was calm, spacious, with good facilities(Hot water shower, Air conditioning, Tiny kitchen, hair dryer, clothing rack, comfortable bed, dressing table, medium size steel cupboard, bedside tables, ceiling fan, mini refrigerator, dustbin, electric kettle, cutting board, a knife, spoons, plates, tea cups, soup bowls, a mug, water glasses, kitchen plates rack, dishwashing liquid, a tv, clean bathroom). The room was very clean. Felt secured. The host was friendly and willing to help. An outside shower if you are directly coming after a sea bath. Less than 1 KM away from the beach. You can ask for good food locations from the host.
