    Хорошее расположение в тихом районе. Бесплатная парковка на улице рядом с домом. Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым даже для длительного проживания. Удобно добираться на общественном транспорте в Антверпен. Поезда слышны, но это логично, учитывая близость путей.

    Немного узкая и крутая лестница - неудобно подниматься с большим чемоданом.
