Super lokalizacja tuż obok Kanału Miłości robi wrażenie. Duże ,ładne i przestronne pokoje.

Disappointment - think one more time before booking
Please don't make my mistakes - read the bad reviews first, read the reviews on the maps; *NOTE:* -- I had much more to say but it doesn't fit in the limit so i had to drop some parts - check the g-maps review for Oct 18. On the site I saw nice photos, 4-star label, gym and spa included - I thought it's a perfect option for the vacation. It wasn't. General impression is like owners/managers try to deceive guests selling cheap resort for a high-end option, cutting costs on everything possible. The trick is to make people pay for the booked reservation, the rest it's not their problem anymore. If we wouldn't have plans and there would be an option for refund, I'd left the hotel the very next morning. Food. It hasn't varied much during the week, a buffet like a school canteen - nothing special. they claimed to have a-la carte restoraunt but it wasn't there - I was told "it's closed since last year". The quality of the food was low - the dishes were well cooked, but with the cheapest possible products. Deserts? Forget about it. There were two cheap pies and two kinds of jelly. snacks were breakfast leftovers, and ice-cream was cheapest palm oil+ sugar. my friend saw in the kitchen how to piece of the ground meat fell on the floor, but the cook just brought it back like nothing happened.
Drinks. I sticked to beer and coffee. Why? not all the cocktails are "included, and part of them weren't available. Basically any "cocktail" it's syrup, vodka and ice, diluted with a ton of water, it feels like spoiled lemonade. pure alcohol wasn't included and costs 10 euro for a shot; after trying one cocktail I felt a headache - never touched again. The wine and beer was always available on the tap. Wine tasted like cheapest tetra-pack option; beer was fine but nothing special - again the cheapest one; drinks like capucino or hot chocolate are variations of instant coffee with flavours; there was basic filter coffee on the station - it was fine. For something from espresso machine you have to pay 4+ euro. other drinks like no-name coke/fanta/sprite tastes awful; their "juices" are at the station with labels "orange *flavor*" and "apple *flavor*" - itss water with sugar and chemical flavoring. bartenders just enjoy their time and do not even try to be friendly The whole territory it's pool, bar and tables. There's not entertainment at all - you're just welcome to sit or leave the hotel. there's pool table with nice big scratch in the middle of it, but you have to pay 2 euro for one game. their "beach" it's just the nearby rocky bay you can go, but there's no place for stay gym is a small room 3x3m, two and a half shabby machines and one old carpet spa was closed in couple of days we arrived because "the season was over". In there you could only get paid massage. Staff really tries to do the excellent work in their circumstances - loved them all. But the ones who is in charge for that place screwed this season out - you are the bad managers. Please sort your things out: lower the price, specify the relevant claims on the site or make you place correspond the claims. Never coming here again!

The location was Very good And the pool right outside our bedroom door would have been better if it was ever in the Sun but it was constantly in the shade.
Described as all inclusive, but the choice of drinks and cocktails was very, very disappointing. The food was nice, but there were wasps everywhere, which was very frustrating i know its not the hotel staff's fault. But the need to get some kind of pest control in there, I think
