    The location is great! The appartment is spacious, and all the rooms are very well maintained!

    There's a bit of noise from the tram and when you need to go to the bathroom make sure you wear clothes! 😅 All in all it was not an issue though!

    Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

    De ligging en de uitrusting in het huisje waren top! Alles wat je nodig hebt- is er: wasserette naast de deur, een strijkplank en - ijzer in huis, ook een broodrooster, haardroger, croque ijzer, caddie voor boodschappen, voldoende keuken- en badlinnen, afwasmiddel, douchegel, ... Je komt echt niets te kort! Ook slaapruimte voor bijna 6: 1 dubbel bed, 1 slaapbank waar 2 kinderen op kunnen en 1 stapelbed. De ligging is vlak aan zee, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en vlakbij een parking met afval sorteerpunt. Echt tip top voor treinreizigers zoals wij!

    De lakens mogen wel eens vernieuwd worden. Iets fris nieuw zou fijn zijn...

    der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei sehr nett,sehr zuvorkommend,sehr hilfsbereit. die Wohnung war auch in einem Guten Zustand. Leider kein Backofen enthalten . der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen . die Lage zu Straße hin (Tram) hat uns nicht gestört und auch abends war es nicht störend . Die Müllentsorgung sowie die Parkgelegenheit waren beide perfekt und einfach (20-30 Meter vom Haus entfernt)
