Value was low, place needs to be cleaned and updated and needs some art and more furniture.

Location was close to family and things we needed to do.

It was kind of run down, floors were dirty and the picture above did not match the apartment.

    Great stay, truly a gem

Aptly named, truly a gem. Although reviews indicate it's been on the market for a year, it felt like I was the first guest in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. I wound up staying over six weeks, highly recommend.
