  Location fantastica!

  Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento fidandoci delle ottime recensioni e..... abbiamo fatto bene! La posizione è eccezionale, con una magnifica vista sul mare, isolata ma facile da trovare e su una strada ben asfaltata. L'appartamento è carino, pulito e dotato di tostapane, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e persino friggitrice ad aria. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato uova, burro, marmellata, tè, caffè, acqua, vino, verdure dell'orto e altro ancora. All'esterno, oltre a tavolo e sedie troverete lettini e amaca per godervi la vista delle stelle. David è estremamente disponibile ma discreto e ha mille attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole! Gli appartamenti sono due, da due persone ciascuno, quindi non si corre il rischio di avere gruppi di vicini rumorosi! Consigliatissimo! Un grazie a David per la gentilezza e la disponibilità.

  We would come back anytime and would highly recommend it!

  Our stay was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. It is the perfect place to relax. The owner, David, clearly takes great care of the property and puts a lot of thought into the guest experience. We especially appreciated the fresh vegetables and other produce provided throughout our stay. You can really feel how much care goes into maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. The location is definitely worth the slightly longer drive. We would recommend having a car or a scooter if you want to explore the island, but this side of Kos is full of beautiful beaches. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach holiday and enjoy discovering different beaches, this is a fantastic place to stay.

  Хорошее тихое место,красивый вид на море, красивые закаты. Актеа аппартмент нам очень понравилась, номер чистый просторный ,зона кухни отличная,есть всё посуда и техника для приготовления пищи.Хоть здесь более ветрено и волны, купаться было приятно,есть рядом пляжи галька и песок. Рядом хороший ресторан на пляже Агиос Теологос. Хороший приветливый хозяин Девид ,встретил нас с хорошими гостинцами,бутылка вина, продукты. Большое спасибо Дэвиду и его семье за гостеприимство.

  Una casetta da sogno!

  Abbiamo trascorso qui una vacanza che ricorderemo con grande piacere. La casa è immersa nel verde, in una zona tranquilla e autentica dell’isola, dove il traffico è praticamente assente e il tempo sembra scorrere più lentamente. La vicinanza al mare si percepisce anche senza vederlo (ma si vede!): il suono delle onde accompagna il giorno e la notte e rende l’atmosfera ancora più rilassante. La terrazza è uno dei punti di forza: ogni sera ci ha regalato tramonti sul mare spettacolari, perfetti per concludere la giornata ma anche per fare colazione la mattina. La casa è curata, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, senza far mancare alcun comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’accoglienza del proprietario, che ci ha fatto trovare caffè, miele tipico dell’isola, uova fresche e bibite, un gesto semplice ma davvero gradito. Una menzione anche per le due dolcissime gattine, che ogni tanto passavano a trovarci con simpatia, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca natura, silenzio e autenticità, senza rinunciare al comfort. Speriamo davvero di poter tornare!
