Lack of a toilet sit in the upper bathroom, mold on the ceiling, huge amount of the chlorine in the hot tub so it wan't possible to use it

L écoulement des douches ! Escalier pas recommandé avec des enfants ou personne ayant du mal à à se déplacer . Literie à revoir dans la chambre au lit de 160

Enttäuschend- entspricht nicht den Bildern
Leider hat die Unterkunft unseren Erwartungen überhaupt nicht entsprochen. Die Realität hatte mit den Bildern auf Booking com wenig zu tun. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sauber, unter anderem waren schwarze Haare in einem Bett. Es gab mehrere beschädigte bzw. defekte Dinge und deutliche Spuren eines Wasserschadens. Auch die Terrasse war wesentlich kleiner und anders als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Insgesamt wenig gepflegt und ansprechend. Wir haben die Mängel bei Booking COM gemeldet. Booking COM hat sich zwar eingeschaltet und uns eine kleine Abfindung gutgeschrieben. die Unterkunft selbst war trotz Anfragen von Booking COM nicht bereit, uns entsprechend entgegen zu kommen Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Unterkunft bei Booking COM einen wesentlich besseren Eindruck vermittelt, als sie tatsächlich macht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen
