12 Years coming to Vilamoura and this was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Bra beliggenhet. Flott område og fin leilighet.
Altfor harde senger. Vi fant også en kakerlakk inne i leiligheten, men det var kun den ene.

Apartment was lovely, staff and commutation was terrible, worst service ever
The communication was awful between bed and sun, when we arrived at 4.30 (which we had previously emailed them) the apartment was not ready, I ran and was told an hour by Robertson then I would be contacted. We were not contacted after an hour so I rang back no reply I kept ringing and ringing, then got someone called Thomas who said that he didn’t know anything and he would get Roberto to ring me back, he didn’t. 2 1/2 hours later so 7pm a girl appeared and showed us to our patent. Communication. Was an absolute disgrace, terrible
NO COMMUNICATION Awful customer service, room was not ready at time that booking,com stated it would be ready. Really bad attitude from bed and sea
