  Falsely advertised and unusable bedroom due to air con leak

  Location is central for shopping. The people in the Kebab shop underneath are wonderful people.

  This property is advertised as 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Let’s go through some problems: 1. It is definitely NOT a 2nd bathroom. It is 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is no bath or shower in the 2nd room, just a sink, toilet and bidet. Falsely advertised. Toilet room seem in photo. 2. There is a poor level of storage. I used a double bedroom with 1 wardrobe and 2 basic bedside tables. I had to settle with my suitcase on the floor and use that as storage. 3. Of the storage that is there it is a very high wardrobe that you are given a pole to reach the hangers on the upper section. Not practical for short term rentals. 4. There is only 1 set of keys. We asked for a 2nd set but then got told to use the safe box at the front door. Useful to know this before day 5 of our stay…. 5. The major issue here was the air con leak. The air con unit in the small single bedroom leaked and dripped water all down the wall, splashing all over the bed frame and soaking the bed sheets meaning the bedroom was unusable. This was reported and initially ignored before it was chased and then 1.5 days before the end of our stay we were told an engineer could come fix it. Pointless after we then had to share bedrooms as no one could stay in that bedroom. 6. In addition to all that, a previous guest hid their passport in the apartment and we were asked a whole week into the stay if he could come round to find his passport. As there is no practical storage our clothes and personal belongings are everywhere so we said we did not want someone coming into the property without us being here. This then disrupted our holiday to get this young man back his passport in order for him to fly home that day. 7. I was told the engineer coming to fix air con could come on day 8 of our stay. I said I did not want to disrupt yet another day for something that was only being done 1.5 days before our booking ended so I declined. 8.
