Very nice location outside of the touristy areas, Cannaregio always a treasure to explore! If you are in Venice for the biennale, you can to there without passing the whole Canale Grande, just around the island in a few stops - perfect! Boat stop is just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days, was very clean, communication was fast and easy. Beds were comfortable, a bathroom for every floor. And very nice outdoor spaces/little garden to enjoy if you have some mosquito spray ;)

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a lovely inner courtyard and a terrace where we could sit outside. The water bus stop was nearby, which was very convenient. The hosts were friendly and responsive, helped us arrange a taxi and provided all the information we needed.
The main downside was the poor sound insulation. We could hear a lot of noise from upstairs, and unfortunately, the guests staying there were very loud, which made it difficult to sleep.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement, idéalement situé pour découvrir Venise et à proximité des lieux animés. L’accès était facile, tout comme la récupération des clés, et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été simples et rapides. Le logement était propre, pratique et bien aménagé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio extérieur, très agréable. L’espace repas intérieur est un peu petit, mais la possibilité de manger dehors compense largement ce point. Une très bonne adresse pour profiter de Venise !
