    Hidden gem with wonderful host

    Location and very refined, well decorated flat. Francesco was extremely nice : came by car to bring us to the flat and provided amazing tips for restaurants. Very flexible in terms of allowing us to leave luggage after check out.

    Apartment was quaint and full of historical charm

    Property owner met us at the train station and brought us back. It was a lifesaver

    Going up 3 flights was difficult for my husband who is elderly.

    Great location, really good size bedrooms and bathrooms.

    Host was very responsive and helpful. Location great, just be sure to check about the ZTL and get a pass, but it’s only to drop bags. It’s quite a long walk once you drop the car to the parking space. Very handy to walk around Lucca. Apartment was a great size, huge bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. So great to have 2 bathrooms.

    Very long walk to get to/ from the car. 3 flights of stairs with bags, which is fine, but just be prepared! Very dark kitchen, and quite cramped to try and move around the large table and doors opening into the kitchen from bedroom and living room and entry way.
