    Good but not cheap place to explore Trieste

    Rosaria, the very friendly host, waited for us at the entrance to the house to help us with the luggage and show us the way to the garage. The appartement is quite large and everything is there what you need. The location is in the old town up the hill to San Giusto and is convenient to do your visiting of the city. There are also several places for breakfast around. We also got a lot of very useful informations in the forefield regarding food, shopping, places of interest and so on. This was very helpful.

    You have to exactly plan your arrival as somebody has to wait for you at the entrance, because there is not really a possibilty to stop the car without blocking traffic. The garage is a few hundred meters uphill and is very convenient as soon as you have a smaller car, perfect for Fiat 500 ;-).

    Four Nights in Trieste

    Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, easy check in, Rosaria meets us at the door and explains everything, 2nd floor with elevator, size as advertised and very clean, well-lighted, solid kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, quiet, clothes washer, best internet of the trip, good air conditioning.

    Location is far (1 km) from the city center's attractions, shops, train station and most fine restaurants, and all steeply uphill/downhill. Unless you are fit and enjoy walking get to know the Trieste bus system, which is very good and can take you right to the door.
