Amazing view, waking up to the sea view was the highlight of our trip. The location is great, the beach is less than a minute away, and many restaurants and shops around. Akis, the host, was super friendly and responsive, he offered clean sheets and towels mid stay before we even asked. The room was clean and well equipped: AC, small TV, fridge, kettle, stovetop, hair dryer, and iron. The pillows could be more comfortable, but it's overall a cute and spacious room, very good value for the price. One of the best places in Perea so far and we've been there 6 times!

There was no breakfast. The location was why I have chosen this apartment. Opened my eyes and the see and the beach were there.
No lift. Difficult to carry the 15 kg suitcase on the second floor. Small bathroom.
