    beautiful hotel with friendly staff, location is very close to Haram . Food here is best in Makkah, Amazing breakfast with lots of variety of choice. chefs are helpful in the restaurant during breakfast the entertain special request. Thnaks chef Hakimul Islam, very kind humble and hospiatlity attitude.

    Bathroom is littel smaller size. outside the hotel lift leading to Masjid is bit slow.

    Tesisin işletmeciliğini hiç beğenmedim. Temizlik konusunda çok zayıflar. Odaları düzenli bir şekilde temizlemiyorlar.

    Tesisin sadece konumu iyiydi.

    Otel çok eski ve konforsuz ayrıca avm’nin içinden girildiği için odalara çıkmak için 2 asansör kullanmanız gerekiyor. İlk asansörü avm müşterisiyle kullanmak zorundasınız. Bundan dolayı gereksiz bir zaman kaybı oluyor. Personelin müşteriye en ufak ilgisi ya da memnuniyetle ilgili bir çabası yoktur. Bu fiyatlara bir daha gelmem. Gelenler de bir defa daha düşünsün.
