Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 20:00. When booking an Annex apartment, a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. After 22:00 the late check-in costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 30 September. Please note that heating is available from 01 November until 31 March. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
