Overall, a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend!
The location is the only good thing I can say, but most properties in Bologna are central.
Trying to locate the keys and not getting a good explanation about where they were or how to get into the property. This wasted a lot of time. When we eventually got in at 3.30pm the cleaners had not been in to clean the property, even though we had selected a 3pm check in. The bed's were not made, the bathrooms and kitchen were both dirty. The cleaners arrived 10 minutes later and had asked us to leave. This meant instead of relaxing after our journey, we had to leave the apartment and got a call an hour later that the apartment was clean, but when we arrived the beds had been made, but only a brief clean had been done. The apartment still looked and smelt dirty. We also felt that the host was very unhelpful when we enquired if on check-out day we could leave our luggage at the entrance of the apartment, and collect them later. We explained that due to the lateness of our arrival, that this was fair, but the host said no. The host had told us upon arrival that we could leave our luggage inside the house while they cleaned, but when we asked for the same on check-out day while the cleaner was in, the host said no, even though we had said we would remove the bags by 13.30, before the next guests arrived. Very unhelpful. We feel that the late check-in that we got did not warrant such an early check-out of 10am, the morning we had to leave to go home. Shortly after leaving, we had discovered we had left some expensive personal property behind. A pair of Apple AirPods. We contacted the host immediately and she replied straight away that nothing had been reported by the cleaner. How could you possibly check so quickly if anything had been found? This led me to believe that the host was not interested in helping us locate property that was left in the apartment and I don't believe it was not found. Especially when the person who lost the AirPods knew exactly where they left it! Would not recommend to stay, but if you do, watch your property!

Infissi e porte molto vintage e poco funzionali.
