    Everything we expected and the view from the terrace was stunning

    We loved the information and suggestions Masimilliamo provided, his breakfasts were excellent (full of local produce) and he made our stay memorable

    Beautiful accommodation in a stunning setting

    It’s a stunning setting in the Le Marche hills and the family room was very spacious and comfortable with two balconies. The kids loved the small swimming pool and the cats. Massimiliano was very kind and accommodating to our family and the breakfasts were wonderful. It’s quite remote with a steep gravel drive down to the property but it’s only a short drive to the nearest hilltop towns all with incredible views and the food in the region is wonderful. The AC is also very welcome in the room as it was HOT. Probably better suited to couples or families with slightly older kids to maintain the calm and serene atmosphere (ours are slightly wild and loud at 4 and 7!) but Massimiliano wasn’t phased which was appreciated.
