    Perfect location, really helpful host

    Location was perfect very closed to the boat from the airport and very easy to navigate Venice on foot and by boat. Very quiet neighbourhood. Bed was huge and comfy. Good hairdryer, good supply of snacks and coffee pods. Shower was good. Host was very helpful before and during my trip with tips and information. Ability to leave luggage on last day of exploring was super helpful and safe. Blackout blinds are good if you like them. My room was Gondola. I had a sneaky peak at the other room whilst the housekeeper was there on my last day and would have chosen that one out of the two!

    Was not aware at booking that daily housekeeping was NOT included. Bathroom was a little small, getting in and out was a challenge with a big door opening in; felt blocked in. Amenities were limited. Unable to use safe as difficult to get to.

    Venezia fuori dal centro

    Posizione eccellente fuori dal caos ma a due passi dal centro (circa 800 mt da Rialto) e vicinissima alla Stazione Fondamenta Nove Struttura molto accogliete, pulita e con tutto ciò che serve, letto comodo e bagno spazioso (noi avevamo la camera Sandolo) Francesca molto disponibile, gentile e ci ha fornito le giuste indicazioni per muoverci a piedi o con il vaporetto. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole! 💕
