While the stay was lovely, the email 2 weeks after departure with a €400 charge for damage we did not cause, was not! T

Property itself was fine, location was great, fab balcony but……

Our full deposit of €400 was taken because they decided 2 weeks after we checked out that we had chipped the corner of the glass cooker hob. While we did not cause the damage and took photos on departure, they still charged us the full deposit without proof that we caused the damage. I would be very cautious of staying here, photograph everything on check in and check out.
