  Outdoor furniture badly needs replaced.

  Great location, very peaceful apartment.

  The balcony equipment is extremely tired and mostly broken. One sun lounger was completely broken on arrival and unable to be used, which was a shame as we had only booked the apartment in light of the fact there were 2 sun loungers shown on the pictures. We like to lie in the sun! One rattan chair on the same balcony was obviously broken and held together with string. Each one of the 4 outdoor dining chairs on the opposite balcony are also broken and need replaced. I cannot fault the agency who rent this apartment, they were very efficient with another couple of things we needed replaced and they did try to communicate with the apartment's owner to ask for replacement sun lounger whilst we were there but they did not hear back from him. We were there for 10 days, so there was plenty of time to fix this issue for us.

  V disappointing

  Lovely position but we had huge problems getting in( we finally got in at 9 pm after help from estate agent in Vilamoura who got through to bed and sun( knew them and not favourable comments!) No one present and key system v difficult There were immediately obvious discrepancies in the inventory,no a/c , broken parasol and sunbed on the terrace etc etc We asked for a visit to confirm-we didn’t even get a reply until this morning telling us to be out by ten( we’d requested a 12 noon check out) we literally had to pack our bags outside in the car at 10.17 Repeated requests for assistance were totally ignored

  Uma opção a não repetir!!

  Cama casal confortável. Bem equipado

  2.º quarto é uma dispensa adaptada sem sequer ter uma já ela e com um taipal de madeira a proteger da grade que dá para o átrio exterior do prédio; Péssima iluminação do WC da suíte; Vendido como tendo 2 WC o que não é verdade … devia estar claro que o 1 WC social só tem sanita e lavatório; 1 das varandas é impossível de ser usada para refeições: de dia não tem qualquer proteção contra o sol e o toldo existente está inclusivamente bloqueado para não ser aberto e à noite a iluminação é insuficiente; Ar condicionado estava sem força e teve que ser intervencionado; Autoclismo WC social avariou e a reparação efetuada não foi eficaz - chegámos a ter que usar balde água para garantir a higiene da sanita; Longe de tudo o que obriga a utilização diária e permanente do carro; Conclusão: péssima relação qualidade vs preço!!!
