Awful accommodation and terrible customer service
Terrible stay. The air conditioning wasn't working in the bedroom and the keys wouldn't open the door to the complex. I slept in my car the first night! The company didn't answer my calls. I had to cancel an appointment. They sent a technician late in the second day after i had waited all day. Everyone i spoke to admitted there was a problem with this door. However all other residents keys worked fine, so clearly a key cutting issue, which should have been checked and resolved. But they already knew there was a problem. The technician couldn't fix the air con, so i spent the rest of my trip sleeping in a box room with very little lighting. Also he couldn't get either of my keys to work on the door. His key worked around 1 in 20 times, so he gave me this and i struggled the rest of the trip. Really bad accommodation and customer service.

Perfect for our needs - we had a great time apart from the door lock as above.
Location, the apartment was clean and the facilities were excellent
The key to the communal entrance was very difficult to use. The lock needs attention.

A casa não é alvo de qualquer manutenção, apresentando rodapés e partes das portas danificados. As paredes têm manchas de humidade, encontram-se sujas e o estado geral do imóvel está muito aquém do anunciado. Quando chegámos, a casa encontrava-se suja. As almofadas amarelas do sofá estavam castanhas, evidenciando uma evidente falta de limpeza e manutenção. Até a esfregona disponibilizada para as limpezas se encontrava cheia de cabelos, num estado de higiene completamente inaceitável. Para agravar a situação, a televisão encontra-se partida. O imóvel não corresponde, de todo, às fotografias apresentadas no anúncio, motivo pelo qual nos sentimos profundamente enganadas. As paredes são em pladur e ocas, sendo possível ouvir, durante a noite, ruídos de animais, aparentemente ratos ou baratas, a deslocarem-se por detrás das paredes, o que tornou a estadia bastante desconfortável. Acresce que a porta de entrada do prédio abre com grande dificuldade, constituindo mais um sinal da falta de manutenção do edifício. Por fim, apesar de nos ter sido expressamente confirmado que poderíamos efetuar o check-out às 12h00, pelas 10h00 já se encontrava uma pessoa a entrar na casa, desrespeitando o horário previamente autorizado e comprometendo a nossa privacidade e tranquilidade nos momentos finais da estadia.
