  Incredible!

  Staff were amazing. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning to a time of our choosing. The views are amazing and really a place where you can just switch off and relax. There is a takeaway kitchen close by with heaps of options so food can be delivered daily from lunch to dinner and everything else in between. Highly recommend

  It’s a bit further out so unless you have a scooter you would need to taxi everywhere however the taxi are very cheap for the distances they cover and the staff are amazing to help you sort everything out no job is too small or big for them and the bonus of being further out is you can really relax and switch off.

  Aucune intimité et beaucoup de bruit

  Très belle villa avec une vue exceptionnelle rien à dire à ce niveau là

  Mon critère principal était l’intimité et un endroit paisible sans bruit. Malgré que j’ai contacté l’hôte que je lui ai demandé à plusieurs reprise si la villa était totalement sans vis à vis , j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de voir un groupe de travailleur devant la villa qui faisait des travaux avec énormément de bruit et qui avait une vue direct sur le salon et la piscine. Je trouve ça inadmissible pour le prix que j’ai payé, le bruit et le manque d’intimité nous a clairement gâché les vacances même si cela ne dépend pas du propriétaire, les clients doivent être informer à l’avance de ce problème. De plus le service de la villa n’es clairement pas à la hauteur de prix, le petit déjeuner est très basique et n’est pas très bon et c’est une même femme qui fait le ménage, le petit déjeuner et le massage ( elle n’est clairement pas formé pour cela et le prix est le même qu’un vrai institut). Si vous voulez des villa de meilleur standing pour un prix équivalent je vous conseille les villas de Tampah hills, elles ont des vues exceptionnelles avec un meilleur standing.

  Incredible views, large comfortable villa

  Our extended family of six adults (three couples) stayed at this villa for four nights and had a wonderful stay. We loved the beautiful views, spacious villa, ensuite bedrooms and swimming pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the property together. Ivan and his staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and were happy to arrange anything we needed, including airport transfers, laundry and scooter hire. Their friendly and accommodating service made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The villa is around a 15-minute drive from Kuta, where we went regularly for lunch, dinner and shopping. We really enjoyed having the best of both worlds — easy access to Kuta while being able to return to the peaceful, quiet surroundings of the villa to relax, socialise and enjoy the views. We also hired scooters during our stay, which was a great option and gave us the freedom and independence to get around easily.

  Wonderful!

  Views, pool and spacious space.

  Accessibility to Kuta Town is probably the only downside; which was fine with us since it takes a journey to get breathtaking views.
