Pretty expensive compared to other 3 bedroom apartments in this area, and Port Douglas in particular, but salt water pools were great!

Pool and restaurant great. Rooms rundown and poorly cleaned.
The pool was great, nice and clean. The gardens are well kept and the garden keeper super friendly :)
Poor cleanliness of rooms. Lots of hair on floor still, couch had food/crumbs behind cushions, and toilets looked like they’d had a brief wipe over only (still fairly soiled around upper rims). The shower didn’t drain properly. The lights in our bathroom were faulty, so one of the bathrooms couldn’t be used the first night, fixed a day later though. The rooms are not just dated but run down. We spoke with reception twice and responded to an email asking for feedback prior to leaving and only received a response after a second follow up. It’s just a lot of money for this kind of room.

We had a lovely time in Palm Cove.
Location was great, lovely service, beautiful rock pool. Bottom floor and access was wonderful, very spacious.
Internet was terrible, Front TV and remote was very bad and difficult to navigate. Bathrooms needed upgrading.

Beautiful stay in stunning palm cove.
Great location, beautiful beach, nunu restaurant was spectacular, kids loved the pools, rooms were nice and comfortable. Great beds!
Bathrooms need to be brought up to the same standard as the rest of the property. Also drinks and food service at the pool would lift the experience. And there’s no elevator which makes large bags difficult.
