Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Nha Trang. The beach is only about 200 meters away, and a shopping center is approximately 100 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and enjoying the city. One of the highlights is the lovely rooftop area, which features a restaurant, café, and shisha lounge. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel is generally comfortable, and the staff were helpful and responsive to my requests. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and rooftop facilities.

My only suggestion to the hotel management is to pay more attention to the condition and quality of some guest rooms. I have not stayed in every room, so I cannot judge the entire hotel. However, during my second stay, I was given a room that was not as good as the one I had previously stayed in. I informed the staff and requested a room change, and thankfully, they responded positively and arranged another room for me, which I appreciated. I hope the management will regularly inspect and maintain all rooms to ensure that every guest receives the same level of comfort and quality. This is constructive feedback, as I genuinely like the hotel and its location.
