The worst experience in Albania, unforgivable attitude of the host

We detested it. The hostess really let us down: when we arrived at the location and called her, she said the apartment had already been rented to someone else, even though we had booked it well in advance, received a confirmation, arranged a check-in time, and even called her from the airport, as the hostess had requested. In the end, we were left standing in the dark on the street with our suitcases. No help nor even an apology.
