    Horrible

    Nothing really

    It was one of the worst stays ever. From day 1 we wanted to cancel the property due to unforeseen events, but despite that they kept declining our request to cancel So ultimately we decided to go and upon arrival they said they can’t offer us the room!!! Can you believe that? They had charged me in advance for both the rooms and then refused to give us our rooms all together! Trying to convince us to give alternate properties that were far away from the original property (one of them was in Shimla) like really? I had gone with my parents who are senior citizens and they were forced to wait for 3-4 hours as we had to convince them to give us our two rooms. They finally decided to give us our booked rooms after 3/4 hours of arguments between the management and us. Even then, one of the rooms/flats were not prepared well as there was this constant smell in the room Hope we get reimbursed for this horrible experience

    Good place for family.

    Neat and clean. Good Size rooms and good room facility. Excellent food and staff.

    A few things need improvement. No shower curtain. No hand towel hangers, no exhaust fan in bathrooms. Distance from Kasauli.

    Worst experience ever hygiene wise and stay wise

    I did not like anything about the property pictures which were shown on the booking.com property is completely opposite and worst of it.sofas in bad condition bedsheet not hygienic and staff was nt helpful during the checkout noone was their to help with the luggage from third floor we took our luggage down by ourselves and we had the infant along with us still.we managed things on our own.worst experience

    Curtains were missing not clean at all like the way its shown in pictures and i have a personal experience which is not good i dont know why people have given it good reviews may be its affordable that could be the reasons
