  The room was fab. The location is right in the centre, via Roma is 1 minute walk away. The room was cleaned every day. The bed and shower was great. I cannot fault the room, it was big and clean and we'll maintained

  I specifically booked the hotel because it has wifi. I stayed 9 nights and I had no wifi. I was told by Rosa on the Sunday (mybsecond day) that she will call the wifi providers. A few days later having heard nothing from Rosa I went to the main hotel and was told there had been no wifi since August. I wish I had been told this when I made the booking. I had to buy international data which is an added cost. If I had known there was no wifi I would have booked somewhere else cheaper, I paid the price for the hotel based on wifi. The second thing which I did not like was that I went to the main hotel to find out about checking out later than the required 10am. I took a friend with me who was Italian so there wouldn't be any confusion. We were told I had to check out at 10am and I can leave my luggage in a room on the lower ground and there were showers available should I want to use it. On my day of departure I went downstairs to where the breakfast is served and no one was there. The lady who served the breakfast was not there. I called the main hotel reception and the woman and I did not speak each other's language and she out the phone down. I called back and asked if someone spoke English. I was out through to Andrea, I explained the situation, and he went to speak to someone and then returned to the call and said I could stay in the room until I was going to be picked up for the airport transfer. It was 8.30am in the morning and my hotel transfer was at 5pm. The fact that I had gone to the main hotel and took a friend to find out about checking out times and if I could stay in the room until I waa to be collected for the hotel transfer, only to be told one thing and then on the morning of checking out it was a whole other story. It was frustrating to say the least. Thirdly - although breakfast was included in my stay at the hotel, I only took 1 coffee in the whole 9 days.

  Mancanza di personale. Nessuno che accoglie o è presente per chiedere informazioni. Devi fare tutto telefonicamente con loro hotel.

  Ottima vacanza in un bellissimo posto e comunque in una struttura molto accogliente e nuova

  Camere nuove. Ottima posizione . Ambiente pulito e profumato. Serena super disponibile, gentile e cordiale

  Colazione poco abbondante sia a livello di quantità che di scelta Problema abbastanza serio per la nostra camera dove dalla doccia del bagno usciva puzza di fogna. La struttura ha cercato di rimediare ma risolvendo il problema solo parzialmente

  Bella camera ed ottima posizione !

  Camera grande e spaziosa

  All’arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema di codice per entrare in struttura, malgrado l’attesa lunga hanno risolto il problema. Arrivata alla colazione il secondo giorno non c’era più nulla benché chiudesse alle 10 ( erano le 9.20 circa). La ragazza ha comunque offerta una colazione a me e agli altri due ospiti arrivati in contemporanea
