    Spacious house for families

    Nice and spacious comfortable beds ,easy access bottles if water very nice touch but no bottle opener to open them with

    Not sufficient heating obviously not maintained ,plumbing poor in the master bedroom ,needs new washers ,only one saucepan needs two .washing machine needs to be stabilised . Lighting poor .

    A great place to base yourself when visiting Albany.

    Great location and the family really appreciated the en-suite

    It is proximity to the beach and golf course

    Dirty and dodgy. It like deserted place. Old amenities and electrical appliances, eg rusty kettle, shower heads are old and low water pressure.
