    Great value for money. Wonderful breakfast

    Parking was easy, right outside the property with a parking permit from the owner. Our room was warm, large with a lovely en-suite great location, just a couple of minutes walk from local restaurants, pubs etc, would recommend

    Location was good on a quiet street close to the centre of Penrith. Very clean room with a nice comfortable bed and good bathroom with a very good shower

    Nothing at all to complain about
