    Die Lage und der Garten und die Terrasse direkt über dem See

    Es war etwas altmodisch also in die Jahre gekommen und kein Aufzug

    Massive disappointment

    The location was very good right next to Lake Iseo. The staff that served in the restaurant were very helpful, which cannot be said for the manager!

    The manager is rude, unfriendly and everything seemed to be too much trouble. Breakfast was only available for 1.5 hours and the food was either stale or had run out after half an hour. The evening meal was over priced and of poor quality and any atmosphere in the restaurant was ruined by the husband of the manager playing loud videos on his ipad. Bedlinen and towels are threadbare and the beds are old and uncomfortable. There was alot of black mould in the bathroom.

    La colazione era completa e varia. La cucina buona e il servizio ineccepibile. La posizione è fantastica. Avevamo la camera proprio sopra il lago, nel vero senso della parola. Ampio parcheggio all'interno del parco. Devo aggiungere che in sede di prenotazione via Booking, ero convinto di aver usufruito di un'offerta per cui il conto finale per 4 notti sarebbe stato di 480 euro. Invece, come giustamente riportato nella penotazione, la cifra è stata di 620 euro. Ma nonostante questo disguido, dovuto a una mia errata interpretazione, mi ritengo soddisfatto.

    Purtroppo nello stupendo giardino sul lago, c'erano tanti moscerini (come anche nel paese) che impedivano di poter stare a riposare all'aperto. Il bagno cieco. Durante il mio soggiorno si stava bene come temperatura, ma non oso pensare senza condizionatore a luglio o ad agosto.
