    Perfect for walking to Hamilton Gardens and Hamilton East. We would definitely return.

    Great location for walking to Hamilton Gardens and to Hamilton East. Very personable staff/owner, who offered great local advice.

    Our Executive Studio was quite cramped with an extra single bed which we didn't ask for or need. It just took up space.

    Very comfortable, quiet, relaxing place to stay near Hamilton East shops.

    Comfortable, clean, well located close to Hamilton East shops.

    The bathroom smelt like cannabis when we arrived thanks to someone in the house next door having a relaxing afternoon. Shut the window; easy fix.
