Despite the somewhat crude exterior the renovated appartment was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well enough equipped to cook for our party. A regular bus connection stops near the appartment and goes directly to city center. The living space was large enough for our entire party to hang around in. Overall despite some hickups with communicating the stay was very successful and the place more than met our expectations. Very high value for price.
There was some misunderstanding about the cleaning schedule and cleaning was taking place when we arrived. Lack of air conditioning made the appartment a bit hot in the middle of Summer, but opening windows during night cooled the place down fast for sleeping (some basic residential noise from the outside, like passing cars, might make this less of an option for lighter sleepers).

Great stay, would definitely recommend!!
20/30 min bus journey to centre (bus stop less than 10 min walk away). Really spacious and comfortable rooms and living area. Shops and takeaways literally round the corner. Two bath towels per person, bath towel was very big. Two parking spaces behind a gate.
There was some general wear and tear but nothing too bad. There were no tea towels or oven mitts so had to use the towels. There were no regular glasses, just mugs and a few wine glasses.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Empfehlung mit Wiederholungspotential!
Der Service und die Antwortzeit bei Rückfragen. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert. Neue Küche mit Induktionsherd. Die Pfannen waren nicht für Induktion geeignet. Nach Rückmeldung dieser Situation wurden am selben Tag noch neue Pfannen geliefert. Top Service... Der Eindruck des Hausen von außen war erst nicht so gut. Von Innen alles tiptop!
Die Wohnung ist auf Anhieb schwer zu finden, da der Eingang recht unscheinbar ist. Eine etwas bessere Kennzeichnung am Haus könnte helfen. Oder Fotos bei der Anreise an die Gäste senden. Parkplätze waren grundsätzlich ausreichend vorhanden und gekennzeichnet, allerdings oft durch andere Autos zugeparkt oder blockiert, Dieses ist aber kein Verschulden des Vermieters.
