    Great value, clean accommodation

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable. Good food available.

If I'm being picky, the exterior of the building could possibly be improved a little.

    A little gem.

We loved how quiet the accommodation was and how nicely decorated it was. It was next door to a pub but it was so quiet that we have booked again in January 27 when we are back in Sunderland.

Quite far out of the town but this is reflected in the excellent price.
