We could not fault the prompt response to our complaints although it was all by text messages"

The property was very quiet, well situated and near to the local buses and shops.

There was inadequate storage units. A rail with 6 coat hangers. No units in the bedroom to place clothing except the rail unit we were on holiday for 2 weeks and struggled to keep the place tidy. There was nowhere in the bathroom to store toiletries. There was a hob which we couldn’t use as there was no English instruction. The bathroom was listed for disabled people yet the tiles were extremely slippy when wet. We even bought a non slip shower mat. Our stay got off to a bad start as the water heater was broken and had to be repaired. The management allowed us to use another room to shower. Our room was very dated and we asked to be moved. They agreed to relocate us to a premium room at an extra cost of €220.
