  Overall, a spacious and well-located apartment that is ideal for large groups, but the lack of air conditioning upstairs

  The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in a good location. The layout is very suitable for a large family or several families, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, giving everyone their own space.

  Unfortunately, one of the three showers was not working during our entire 10-day stay. As we chose the apartment specifically because each family could have their own bathroom, this was quite inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning is only available on the lower floor. There is no air conditioning upstairs, where two of the bedrooms are located, and it became extremely hot during our stay. The fans provided were not sufficient in the summer. Since the listing states that the property has air conditioning, it would be helpful to clarify that it is not available throughout the whole apartment.

  Fin placering i byen, men nedslidt lejlighed uden aircondition i soverummene.

  Placeringen er perfekt midt i Alicante

  Der stod i beskrivelsen, at der var aircondition, men det var kun i køkken/stuen på 1. sal. Der var ingen aircondition på hele 2. sal, hvor to af værelserne er placeret, hvilket betød at vi var nødt til at tage madrasserne ned på 1. sal for at kunne sove. Lejligheden var generelt ret nedslidt og trænger til en større renovering. Det ene gasblus virkede ikke og bunden i havestolene var ved at gå i stykker. Det kunne have været dejligt med lidt mere udstyr i køkkenet, fx. vinglas, skåle og fade, så man kunne lave mad i lejligheden.
