Un apartamento con todo lo imprescindible y muy bien decorado, nada cargado y con gusto.
Puerta de la terraza no cerraba correctamente y ventana de la cocina tampoco por lo demás todo perfecto.

Great apartment and stay overall
The property was lovely and location to main pool was perfect. The apartment was clean and plenty spacious for a family of four. The hill club itself is lovely, the grounds are clean, pool wasn't overcrowded and food in the pool bar is very good! Underground parking also a huge plus but we didn't find this until later. It would have been useful to know as soon as we arrived.
Unlike other reviews we were not met by anyone from Alcam and found it difficult to find the apartment that left us dragging our bags and kids around in the heat unnecessarily. We then discovered after completing check in online with alcam that we also had to repeat check in with the aloha hill club and this wasnt mentioned by the agency. The patio door locks were broke and when I highlighted this to alcam they said they would fix it when we checked out. I said I would like it fixed while we were there but that never happened. They don't provide tea towels for drying dishes or anything to remove items from the oven so you may need to bring your own mitt/tea towels. We were also given the wrong WiFi password and only got connected when we eventually found the correct password written on a box in the apartment.

Gar nichts, wir konnten das Apartment nicht betreten, weil der Code nicht funktionierte. Bei dem Versuch es telefonisch zu regeln und Hilfe zu bekommen, wurden wir nur angeschrien und es wurde nicht geholfen. Also konnten wir das Apartment nicht beziehen, deshalb wollen wir unser Geld zurückhaben. Ansonsten schalten wir unsere Rechtsanwälte und die örtlichen Behörden ein. Fas ist uns mit Booking.com noch nie passiert. Wir sind recht wütend über so einen extrem schlechten Service. Ich weiß nicht, wie Sie mit einem solchen Unternehmen arbeiten können. Aber solche Vorkommnisse der Abzocke geht hier in Marbella täglich durch die Presse, vielleicht sollten wir auch diesen Weg gehen !!!!!! Ich erwarte die Rück Überweisung. Danke im Voraus.
