La gestione della prenotazione. Ho ricevuto i dettagli per il check-in solo poche ore prime del mio arrivo, tentavo di farmi aiutare dall' assistenza di booking, ma non ricevevo nessun supporto. Qualcuno mi ha inviato un link dove ho dovuto inviare i miei documenti e la mia carta di credito altrimenti non accettavano il check in! Ho dovuto caricare i miei dati personali più volte su questo link sconosciuto, altrimenti non avrei potuto entrare in struttura. Hanno prelevato (chi????) subito 300 Eur dalla mia carta di credito come caparra (non era prevista una cosa simile!) e il link non accettava la mia firma dal dispositivo perché non era uguale a quella sul documento (ma dai??!!) È stato un problema continuo fino al mio arrivo. Non prenotate questa struttura. Assistenza di booking completamente assente come sempre nell' ultimo anno

Excellent place to stay an enjoy city. Market around the building is marvelous
All is good inside, very comfortable and perfect for rest and traveling around the city
Have little stairs for carry bags until elevator. But have elevator. Close to building their on constructions and not have space for parking. Close have parkings but no have some agreement with them to have kind of discount

مكان الشقه سيئ جدا وغير نضيفه و ايضا فرض صاحب الشقه مبلغ تامين 300 يورو ايضا المنطقه غير امنه حيث تم سرقة هاتف صديقي في باب الشقه وعندما اخبرته يجب ارجاع الكامرات قال لاتوجد كامرات مراقبه ايضا هي ليسة كبيره نفس مامكتوب
