  Obiekt przyjemny, zameldowanie słabe

  - spory balkon z ładnym widokiem i praktyczną markizą - spokojna uliczka z dobrym czasem dojścia do centrum - optymalna wielkość mieszkania na kilkudniowy pobyt

  Proces zameldowania był mocno opóźniony i przeprowadzony w bardzo kiepski sposób. Zameldowanie miało być możliwe od 15:00. Ponieważ mieliśmy poranny lot (o czym gospodarz wiedział), podjechaliśmy pod mieszkanie tuż przed 15:00. Nadal nie dostaliśmy jednak żadnych instrukcji dotyczących zameldowania ani kodu do skrytki. Dopiero kiedy o 15:20 sami zapytaliśmy o zameldowanie, otrzymaliśmy informację, że wystąpił „problem z czystością” i że będziemy mogli wejść do mieszkania dopiero o 17:00. Dlaczego nie poinformowano nas o tym wcześniej? Zakładając, że poprzedni goście wymeldowali się zgodnie z regulaminem do 11:00, sprzątanie powinno rozpocząć się odpowiednio wcześnie i ewentualne problemy zostać wykryte znacznie wcześniej niż pół godziny przed planowaną godziną check-inu. Nie usłyszeliśmy nawet zwykłego „przepraszamy”. Co więcej, o 17:00 nadal nie mieliśmy żadnych informacji. Dopiero po kilku kolejnych wiadomościach, o 17:25, otrzymaliśmy instrukcje zameldowania. I tym razem obyło się bez jakichkolwiek przeprosin. Z rzeczy, które przeszkadzały nam w mieszkaniu, to brak jednych drzwi pod prysznicem oraz klapa w toalecie, która była obluzowana i wyzwaniem było ją podnieść tak, by nie opadła sama w ciągu sekundy. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem mogłyby być np. parasol na plażę czy bogatsze wyposażenie kuchni. Miejsca parkingowe dostępne na sąsiednich ulicach, jednak znalezienie wolnego miejsca to nieraz kilkukrotne krążenie - a byliśmy tam dopiero w połowie września.

  Great property, but unacceptable host behavior

  The house is in a pretty convenient location (pretty easy to park around) in a brand new condo with a nice view from the balcony and all the facilities!!

  The property itself deserves a 10, but the host’s appalling behavior ruined our stay. On our first night, the shower door collapsed as soon as I opened it to step out, leaving glass shattered across the bathroom and causing minor injuries. When we notified the host, he aggressively accused us of breaking it, demanded we pay for the damage, and mockingly asked, "What do you want me to do, come clean up your mess?". He did arrive shortly after though with an electric hoover- which we had requested since there was only a broom- and he actually cleaned. However he also made derogatory remarks, claiming it was his first time hosting Greeks who "ruined his place" and stating that in Crete people "have honor" to take financial responsibility. On top of this, the toilet seat was loose/broken. We contacted Booking.com support, who resolved the issue without any additional charges to us. While the accommodation itself is great, the host's hostility and unprofessionalism made for a terrible experience.

  Appartement in nieuw gebouw op rustige locatie en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het strand en het oude centrum. Fijn balkon met goede zonwering.

  Het appartement is in de basis nieuw en goed maar het woord "luxury" is niet van toepassing. Er zijn helaas een aantal zaken die ervoor zorgen een matige beoordeling achter te moeten laten: De afvoer van de douche loopt niet goed door. Je kan niet douchen zonder dat alles onder water staat met als gevolg veel gruis en kalkaanslag. De wc bril is los/kapot. De keuken was niet schoon. Vetspetters aan de wand en de oven was ronduit smerig en zeer onhygiënisch. Allemaal zaken die gemakkelijk en allang opgelost hadden kunnen worden. Host staat echter niet open voor kritiek, kan niet met klachten omgaan en komt afspraken niet na...

  L’emplacement du logement et la possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans les rues adjacentes. Les équipements a disposition ainsi que la terrasse.

  La douche qui fuit sans cesse ! Impossible de se doucher sans qu’une pataugeoire se créée dans la salle de bain toute entière… Les tapis submergeaient de flotte tout le séjour. Il n’y a pas de volets présents sur la grande baie vitrée… Tout le quartier peut savoir ce que l’on faits … Super agréable ! Pas de petites lumière d’ambiance sur la terrasse donc obligé d’allumer la grosse lumière, je me retrouve rempli de bouton de moustique… Également dans la chambre, l’une des lampe de chevet n’est pas fonctionnelle donc inutile (pas de prise électrique). La propreté n’est pas parfaite ( poussière, vaisselle, frigo ) 2 Clim pour 1 télécommande… si j’ai froid dans une pièce mais pas dans l’autre, Comment je fait ? Les horaires d’arrivée et de départ sont très limités. Arrivée tardive pour un départ matinal.
