clean apartment in an excellent location. Bring your own essentials if you plan to use the kitchen
Great location, near the bus station and Gros.
it missed many essentials. Few toilet paper, just two pouches of shampoo and body gel. Also, the kitchen, although clean and modern, didn´t have essentials like salt and pepper, scrubs, dish towels. There is an nespresso machine but no cortesy pods.

La casa es muy cómoda y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El barrio es tranquilo pero a 10-15 min caminando de la zona antigua. Además está muy bien comunicado con cualquier parte de la ciudad por varias líneas de autobús.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con un horno que también es microondas. Como mínimo detalle no había estropajo ni bayeta pero hay varios supermercados cerca donde pudimos conseguirlos. Todo perfecto.

No estaba mal ubicado
En general -ventanales sin persiana,ni cortina -sofá muy incómodo -ni una balleta,ni esponja para poder limpiar las tazas de lo desayuno…. -una lámpara pequeña en el dormitorio Importante la mampara de la ducha estaba fuera de su carril,menos mal que somos cuidadosos y no vamos a la carrera…..

Bis auf die Küchenausstattung war die Wohnung trotz hohen Preises gut.
Die ruhige, außertouristische Lage. In der Umgebung gab es alles was wir brauchten: Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Lebensmittel, Fleischereien, Fisch, Bars, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung war ruhig mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Der nahe Kindergarten/die Grundschule hat uns nicht gestört. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl. Andrea hat die Beanstandungen (zerkratzte Pfanne, fehlender Toaster und Teekessel, abgefallene Haken im Badezimmer, schwergängiges Fenster) nach Kenntnisnahme behoben.
Die Küchennausstattung war für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr sparsam z. B. nur eine passende Kaffeetasse für die Kaffeemaschine mit Pads. Uns fehlten Hinweise auf die Müllentsorgung und Trennung ( auf der Straße). Ein Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel nach der Hälfte der Zeit wäre schön gewesen.

Disappointing
Location
Miserly bathroom products. A 3-night stay doesn’t merit 2 thin rolls of toilet paper; 2 chocolate wafer-like sized bar soaps, 2 liquid bath gel sachets for 2 adults spending 3 nights! For the price we paid, it’s very cheap provisions. No staff as it’s a rental but since we’re only staying a few nights, sufficient and fair provisions should be expected. We believe so. There wasn’t even a welcome bottle of water! No tea or coffee. No microwave. Very disappointing. Would not check in in such accommodation. Booking.com should have have regulations covering basic necessities!
