  Fabulous location but not very likely to return

  Location is excellent & lots of bathrooms

  NO INTERNET, no TV, not very well equipped with cooking pans. We arrived & couldn’t access the property despite having& following all the instructions.

  One of the best stays I’ve had in Europe.

  The location and views from the property are by far the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s photography‑worthy at any time of day. The property had everything needed to enjoy your stay and fully experience San Sebastián. The location is perfect for long runs on the beach or along the coast, and it’s close to Starbucks, shopping, grocery stores, and Old Town for food and more shops. It’s a great spot for a larger family. The property was clean and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. I would love to stay at this location again.

  This is on the guest. Ensure you communicate with the host for your arrival time. I was only let in the property due to someone coming out. I had my family and I waiting in the sun to get into the property. Overall, amazing time!

  Terrible Experience!!! Do not stay here! Unsafe

  Location

  Absolute terrible experience. Location is great as it’s right across the street from the beach. However, this place ruined our experience in San Sebastián. The place has no AC and with hot days it was over 100 degrees inside the apartment. You could not air it out. I found out two weeks before our stay after we pre-paid $1300+ per night and we were told no AC after asking. I was told there were plenty of fans in the apartment to help keep us comfortable. When we showed up there was one tiny table fan. One of us got heat exhaustion because this place was so hot and couldn’t cool down. Many other issues occurred. When we arrived we could not get in and the property management took forever to help. Instructions did not work. Then we I had no hot water in the main bathroom. They had to come fix. They have no TV but indicated there was a projector with retractable screens to watch tv. No instructions provided and the projector doesn’t even project on the dang wall. It was all messed up and unusable. And there was no tv stations whatsoever could you watch like she said!! They provide no instructions to use the stove. We couldn’t even cook. They left us with a two foot old broom where you have to bend down to even sweep. They left us with no garbage bags or dish soap. We had to go buy everything including fans, dish soap, garbage bags and cords to try and get the projector to work. They didn’t even have awnings to prevent the beating sun from coming in. After getting heat exhaustion, I almost went and purchase the last two nights within a hotel just to get out of that place. The beach was cooler than the apartment. We had to try and use blankets from the beds to cover the windows. All bedrooms have no curtains and neighbors can literally see in when you are getting dressed. Unacceptable. It says this is a four bedroom with six beds. Ridiculous. One of the bedrooms is unusable because the beds are little couches. The pictures are a joke.
