    Do not recommend

    On arrival the owner was very polite,1st i saw huge crack down front door glass was broke,2nd place was in need of good clean,had to request a refund on getting to our room floor boards were raised,paper falling of the ceiling,shower/toilet not clean had orange stain inside shower cubical,no proper door on toilet no proper handle below british standards,sat on bed and it felt damp,door entrance to room did not look secure,did take photos as proof as to why i refused to stay 15 min later i booked with savoy hotel which was of better standard and worked out much cheaper,i wanted the trip to be special as we were celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday,sad to give honest review as the man kat was very nice and had no problem with him,but the building is in need of full clear out with upgrade,i would not recommend i gave it 1 star for owner but i did not stay any longer than 15min.

    The whole building needs re vamp,please read the reviews Before booking,ones i read were years out as different owners my visit was october 2026,i wish owner well as he was very nice.

    Brilliant

    We really enjoyed our stay here,The hotel is in a quiet area in the south shore a 2 min walk (if that) to pleasure beach we we’re lucky enough to book a parking space with our booking. The room was a good size and breakfast was amazing. Would happily stay here again.

    If i had to be picky it Could do with a new mattress on one of the beds
