Muy recomendable!
Había una pequeña cocina en la propia habitación que nos facilitó mucho la estancia. Fue una grata sorpresa poder contar con ella. Además el tranvía está muy cerca del alojamiento y en 15min estás en el centro sin tener que hacer trasbordo. Tiene una lavandería a 3min para poder hacer la colada y también un par de cafeterias cercanas donde poder desayunar.
No nos avisaron de que había servicio de habitación diario y el 2º día nos encontramos con que habían entrado sin saberlo. Estaba todo bien, pero al principio nos asustamos al ver que había entrado alguien.

Excellent location, friendly staff, warm welcome, poor wifi
Location: Right opposite a bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the tram line that takes you to the city. Excellent if you have business at campus Morgagni of the university. Staff: Very friendly and kind. Went the extra mile to check me in before time and show me the room and explain everything. The cleaning lady is super nice (unfortunately doesn't speak English, but is very welcoming) and kept the room clean everyday. A balcony with chairs, free tea, coffee, biscuits, and water bottles were a plus. There was also a small refrigerator and an attached kitchen. Bathroom was large and clean.
The wifi was reachable from only the couch at the corner of the room. That's really the only thing that stopped it from being a 10/10 stay. There's also no "Do not disturb" sign or a way to skip service for a day.
