Wunderbar
Wundervolle Unterkunft mit Wellness Bereich, kostenlos ausleihbaren Fahrrädern und ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen & planen bereits unseren nächsten Besuch.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Gardasee.
Das freundliche Personal die Kundenwünsche ernst nehmen.
Man muss explizit den Wunsch äußern, dass man die Sauna nutzen möchte, ansonsten ist die Sauna nicht im Bertrieb. Wir hätten sie gern genutzt und hatten die entsprechende info nicht.

Lovely hotel with stunning views but overpriced
The property is stunning, the location is quiet and view are wonderful. The staff were lovely but this is very expensive for what you get and I expected more
For a 4 star hotel there were a few draw backs that made me feel it was overpriced for what you get. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty; not the end of the world. The door between the bedroom & bathroom is clear glass with a small frosted artwork, which if you’re travelling with family is pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast is not self service so you have to keep asking for more.
