    La cercanía y que tenga aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación

    Nos quedamos sin ducharnos después de venir de la playa porque la vecina de abajo se quejó por la goteras y al llamar nosotros y los vecinos al número de emergencia, este tardo mucho en responder pero luego cuando contacte lo arreglaron sin problema

    Mun næst panta íbúð hjá þeim.

    Viðhald á sameign ekkert. Ljósbláum við aðgang að íbúð svo maður sá mjög illa skráargatið fyrir lykil. Útidyr var oft opin þvi hurð stóð á sér
