A disappointing stay with serious hygiene issues and no response from management about compensation.
The location was good and central to downtown activities. The space was also quite large and had laundry facilities and coffee pods.
Unacceptable cleanliness and no follow‑up from management. We arrived to blood‑stained bedding and a filthy couch that housekeeping never cleaned. Although management sent someone to replace the sheets, the core hygiene issues remained unresolved. Despite requesting compensation for these conditions, management has not responded or apologized.
