    Квартира отличная. Чисто, комфортно. Хозяин Цезарь гостеприимный доброжелательный, отзывчивый. В последний день от хозяина был комплимент. Апартаменты находятся в центре, все рядом. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. В квартире все удобства. Белье чистое, все отлично. Двор - настоящий грузинский колорит

    Просторная квартира в центре города. До основных туристических мест 10 минут пешком по прямой. Прекрасные хозяева, готовые прийти на помощь в решении любых вопросов. В квартире есть все необходимое. Очень чисто. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника. Минеральная вода в подарок!) Парадная закрывается на ключ, что очень актуально для центра Тбилиси.

    Это не минусы, а скорее особенности: - достаточно крутая лестница на 3й этаж. Пожилым может быть трудно - матрас очень мягкий, а сама кровать скрипучая. Тем, кто чутко спит, может быть некомфортно - нет телевизора. Но для нас это даже плюс)

    The location is excellent. The windows look in the backyard, so it is very quiet. The host was kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable family stay.

    The shower leaks and results in a puddle of water after each washing. It is poorly insulated, and it was annoying to clean and dry the floor every day.

    Very pleasant

    If you looking for easy access to most of the walk distance site seeing in the Old town and around this location is perfect! The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift and steep stairs due to the high ceilings in the building. Take it into consideration. Great comunication with host and warm welcome. The flat is very spacious and comfortable. Great for bigger families. Well equipped kitchen. There’s a washing machine if needed.

    Bathtub needed a bit attention.
