  Beautiful villa, Great location, wonderful stay …. Enjoyed by us all !

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were beautifully presented, the facilities were great, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable getaway.

  Nice villa but needs improvement

  The house is wonderful, very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The hostess who welcomed us was very kind and helped us with everything.

  My rating for the staff is not 5 because of the lady, Katerina I think her name was, who we spoke to on the phone. She was absolutely disinterested and useless. Part of the glass railing was missing from the terrace and was not safe for our child. The pool was obviously not cleaned every day, and the pumps that were supposed to maintain it were not working almost all the time. Cleaning is only on Thursdays. Even before arrival, they tell you that you have to fill up the gas for the barbecue yourself, but the hostess helped us on site. The nearby beach is actually one block down from the house. It is very unpleasant that there is no separation between the three villas and we can see each other. What is even more ridiculous is that the door to the beach in question is right in the yard next to our pool and all the other guests of the other villas were entering and leaving next to us. There is no unity. When all three villas were full, the power started to go out. We were blowing fuses all night and were forced to not use the jacuzzi and turn off some of the air conditioners. This is not a relaxing feeling.

  Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht

  Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt Wir waren 7 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten leider zahlreiche Mängel. Die Klimaanlage war 4 von 7 Tagen defekt, zusätzlich tropfte eine weitere Klimaanlage Wasser und stellte dadurch eine Rutschgefahr dar. Außerdem hatten wir 5 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser. Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei Häusern direkt nebeneinander, wodurch die Privatsphäre deutlich eingeschränkt ist. Die Villen links und rechts verfügen jeweils über einen Jacuzzi, bei unserer Villa war jedoch keiner vorhanden, obwohl dieser in der Beschreibung angegeben bzw. der Eindruck vermittelt wurde, dass einer dazugehört. Auch die Toilettensitze waren ungewöhnlich und mit integrierten Kindersitzen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gab es Beschwerden eines Nachbarn wegen der Lautstärke. Wir haben die Mängel mehrfach vor Ort angesprochen. Die Dame vor Ort war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Eigentümer hingegen zeigte sich leider sehr uneinsichtig. Bei einem Gesamtpreis von fast 4.000 € wurden uns nach unserer Beschwerde lediglich 100 € Gutschrift angeboten, was wir angesichts der erheblichen Einschränkungen als völlig unangemessen empfanden. Zudem fühlten wir uns vom Anbieter im weiteren Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde ungerecht behandelt bzw. diskriminiert. Für diesen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nicht weiterempfehlen.

  Хорошая вилла, хотелось бы чтобы спальни были большего размера, отличный бассейн и джакузи, так же хорошая барбекю зона. Помощница хозяйки всегда была рядом если мы в чем-то нуждались, за это ей отдельная благодарность.

  Не понравилось то что виллы расположены очень близко друг к другу, за период нашего отдыха у нас было два дня с шумными соседями, которые считают что они находятся одни на всей территории, одни включив очень громко музыку на улице с самого утра, что ничего не слышно было кроме музыки... другие в ночное время так же включили музыку на всю и начали прыгать в бассейн, после моей жалобы хозяйке они затихли, но через час они решили отомстить за сделанное им замечание и включили снова музыку на всю громкость и еще в добавку начали подпевать караоке... Проход к морю по трепе которая сопровождалась паутинами с большими пауками не очень приятное дело, до ближайшего пляжа спокойным шагом идти минут 10, но назад подниматься в гору, перед виллой идти вверх 71 ступеньку под углом 40-45 градусов, если вы с пожилыми людьми или детьми, то нужно учитывать эти факторы. В следующий раз обязательно буду бронировать виллу которая находиться одна на территории, так как за эти деньги которые мы заплатили нам хотелось получить комфорт и тишину.
