The room was gorgeous and we got a lovely upgrade to a junior suite as it was a special occasion which was deeply appreciated. The spa was also lovely and all the staff wore welcoming and accommodating

We had the most amazing stay; exceptional spa facilities to the outstanding staff! Will be back!
An amazing stay from beginning to end! My daughter and I visited for a relaxing spa break and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel, spa facilities, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. The staff were exceptional, providing professional and friendly service throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Malcolm, the General Manager, who was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests feel looked after. His personal touch made a lasting impression on us both. We had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to visit again!

Spa was great so chilled Lovely meal in the restaurant
To Pay extra for the Spa I think the price of the room should included the spa as they are expensive rooms

Great property but in need of updating.
Beautiful property but decor is a little tired.
Had to pay extra for the spa which was the reason we stayed. The spa is in a poor state. Sauna door didn’t close properly, hot tub rubber tiles in a poor state and sides are worn all over. Generally needs an update
