    Lovely and close to the.centre of bath, free parking, cereals, juice and milk for breakfast, thank you, and we asked beds to be split into two singles and that worked well, we had our own keys so we could come and go. It is a small space, converted garage, but for a few nights it is good, there are two small fold up chairs and table in the bedroom, and the kitchen, has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, and plates, glasses etc for two, and there are reasonably priced drinks in the fridge should you want them. It is not a full kitchen and you wash up cups etc in the large basin in the toilet area .. which was fine, we took coffee bags so no mess. .

    Great location

    Location. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

    It was a bit small. We thought it had a kitchen (our fault)

    Great for my needs - thank you.

    Over all, the room was great for my needs. The area was very quiet. Nice views as I was walking to it. Very close to train station. Well stocked fridge and plenty of breakfast food. Clean. Thank you.

    These are relatively minor points but my main issue was the ants which meant I needed to wash everything up or rinse it straightaway or risk attracting more. And the shower was tiny. One evening, it was very noisy next door - I assume the next door garage has also been converted.
